Heat exchangers are used throughout newer vehicle systems to perform a variety of cooling and/or heating functions. Fuel coolers, transmission coolers, and power steering coolers, are just some examples of exchanger products. Senior has developed thin-wall, corrugated heat exchangers to solve many of the problems inherent in automotive systems.

Lower cost, lighter weight and higher efficiency are important for today's smaller cars. Excellent vibration and durability characteristics. Inside diameters from 6mm to 64mm. Wall thickness from 0.2mm to 1mm. Wide selection of material options, including special alloys for corrosion and temperature resistance.
