Legal & General Investment Management		5.38%
Aegon Asset Management		3.82%

So far as is known, no other shareholder had a notifiable interest amounting to more than 3% or more of the share capital of the company and the Directors believe that the close company provisions of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 (as amended) do not apply to the Company.
